What is the warranty coverage on your artificial turf products?
Our artificial turf comes with a 15-year warranty, covering issues like UV degradation, material defects, and abnormal wear. It does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse. For more information please contact The Artificial Grass Company.
What is the typical lead time for shipping turf once an order is placed?
The standard lead time for shipping turf is typically 1-2 business days to get on a freight carrier’s truck, then from there it is dependent on your freight carrier’s route(s). Most orders, regardless of location within the US can be delivered within 5-7 business days from when you placed the order.
What are the minimum order quantities for purchasing turf?
While there is no minimum order quantities, any requests to cut rolls to a particular size will incur a $30 cut fee per roll. (Full rolls there is no extra charge.)
How do you handle returns or issues with defective products?
We have a straightforward return policy. If any product is defective or does not meet the specifications, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. We also cover the shipping cost for any returns related to defects.
